- 4 scallions, both whites and greens, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Greek-style yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- A few dashes onion powder
- A few dashes hot sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 bag pita chips, for dipping
In medium-size mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, scallions, lime juice, onion powder, hot sauce, some salt and pepper. Serve with chips and/or pita chips as dippers.
