• 1/2 cup shredded carrots (store-bought is fine)
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons salad olives with pimiento, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, green and white parts finely chopped
  • 8 ounces low-fat or regular cream cheese, softened at room temperature

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
