• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • 4 cups frozen French-style green beans
  • 1/3 Herb Apricot Mix
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper


Serves: 4-6 servings


Melt butter in medium-size skillet with EVOO over medium heat. Add beans, sauteing until most of the moisture has evaporated, about 3-5 mintues. Add herb apricot mix and bacon bits, sauteing for about one minute more. Salt and pepper to taste.
