• 1 cup pitted dates, coarsely chopped
  • 1 quart skim milk
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter, room temperature
  • 1 pint French vanilla ice cream


Serves: 4 Servings


For each date shake, pour milk into blender and add 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted dates (about a handful), and 2 big scoops of French vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
