During our Season 1 premiere in 2006, Rach used just 5 yummy ingredients to make this roll-up snack in under 60 seconds. Try swapping in prosciutto and grissini (Italian breadsticks) for the salami and pretzel rods — it's just as delish!
Ingredients
- 3 slices salami
- Soft garlic and herb cheese
- Basil leaves
- Sun-dried tomato
- 3 pretzel sticks
Yield
Serves: 1
Preparation
Spread some garlic and herb cheese on a slice of salami. Slice up a bit of the sun-dried tomato and place it on the cheese. Run your knife through a few basil leaves and sprinkle on top of the tomato. Place a pretzel rod on the edge of the salami and roll it up. "Oh my gravy, that's good!"
