Sweet-and-Sour Dipping Sauce

Serves about 3/4 cup
3 to 4 duck sauce packets
1 tablespoon rice wine or white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon water

Combine duck sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes and water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Serve with egg rolls, chicken fingers or whatever you feel like dipping.
