- 1/2 pound bulk Italian turkey sausage (or links with casing removed)
- 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 14 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 pound white button mushrooms, stems removed
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine sausage, cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
