- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Buddy Valastro's Choux Pastry Cream Puffs, for serving
In a small saucepan over low/medium heat, melt butter. Once melted, add the brown sugar and whisk until combined and thick. Add in the whipping cream until blended then add the vanilla.
It will thicken once refrigerated. Pour over pastry of your choice, such as Buddy Valastro's Choux Pastry cream puffs.
