- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1 large green apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients except the ice cubes in a blender and pure for 1 minute. Add the ice cubes and purée until smooth and creamy. This recipe makes multiple servings; drink only one at a time.
