Spicy Cheese Crisps

Serves 18 crisps
2 cups Spicy Cheese Nips
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. 
In a food processor, process cheese nips to a coarse ground. In a medium-size bowl, combine ground cheese nips with shredded cheese. 
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place a heaping tablespoons in in two-inch intervals. 
Bake for about 12 minutes.
