- 1 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh blood orange juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Chilled champagne, for topping
- A couple dashes orange bitters
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine ingredients. Shake well and strain into champagne flute.
Top with chilled champagne and a dash or two of orange bitters. Garnish with a blood orange twist.
