- 2 ounces tequila (such as Jimador Blanco)
- 1 ounce house-made sour mix (2 parts lime; 1 part agave syrup)
- 1 ounces mango purée
- 1 sprig cilantro, leaves torn, plus additional sprig for garnish
- 4 dashes housemade habanero bitters (5-6 habanero peppers sliced into 1/2-inch rings and soaked in 1 liter silver tequila)
- Lime slices, for garnish
Shake ingredients well with ice and pour over fresh ice in a Tajin-rimmed glass.
Garnish with lime, cilantro sprig.
