- 1 cup frozen Bing cherries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons almond syrup
- 1 liter soda water
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, optional
- 2 brandied cherries, optional garnish
In a blender, purée the cherries. Pour into prepared glasses, mix in the almond syrup and top with some soda water.
Add a scoop of ice cream and brandied cherries for a more decadent dessert.
