• 10 lemons, halved
  • 1/2 cup agave, plus more if needed
  • 3 cups water
  • Ice

Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Place lemons in pan, cut-side down, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Squeeze lemons into a large pitcher and add agave, ice and water. Serve in cups and enjoy!
