Today is National Chip and Dip day so we’re giving you something to dig into – our top seven favorite dips! From a pizza dip, to a classic guac, to a fiery Buffalo concoction, we've got a dip for every chip!
1.) Brian Boitano's Garlicky White Bean Artichoke Dip

This bean and artichoke dip features a lemon-y lightness that makes it perfect for a spring or summer gathering. Brian makes his own whole wheat pita chips for serving, but you could use store-bought if you don't have the time. Yum!
2.) Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

Take your boring, supermarket fruit tray and upgrade it with this Fruit Salsa recipe. Dice up your favorite fresh fruits like strawberries, pineapples, mangoes or whatever fruit you fancy. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar onto crunchy whole wheat tortilla chips to compliment your salsa. Dunk a chip and dip. Score!

We love Josh Capon’s Green Chile Queso Fundido . We take a roasted poblano chiles, jalapenos, fresh garlic onions, and combine Chihuahua, Queso Oaxaca and Manchego cheeses. Then top with crumbled Mexican chorizo.

The updated guacamole gets a kick with pickled hot peppers. To speed up the guac-making process, take a wire rack and place over your bowl. Slice your avocado and then press down over the wire rack and into the bowl. You'll have mashed, creamy avocado in no time!
5.) Buffalo Dip with Whole Wheat Pita Chips

Buffalo, buffalo and more buffalo sauce! The best part about this recipe is that it’s secretly healthy. Instead of paired with fried tortilla chips, we serve it with wheat pita chips and veggies. Plus, we cut the fat and calories in half by adding cottage cheese and chicken stock. Dig in!
6.) Lara Spencer's Slow Cooker Pizza Dip

Lara Spencer’s slow cooker pizza dip blends all the rich flavors of pizza in a creamy concoction that is just begging for a chip (a pita chip perhaps?) to scoop it up! And you can serve it straight out of your slow cooker.

Who knew that your canned artichoke hearts could wind up being the life of the party?! All you have to is mix your artichoke hearts with feta cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic and sweet pimientos, pop it into the oven for about 20 minutes and voila! You just made the best party dip, ever.
