These 2-ingredient cookies replace sugar with bananas and once you try it you'll never go back.
Ingredients
1 cup mashed bananas, approximately 2 bananas
1 cup old fashioned oats
Yield
Serves: 16 or so, depending on scoop size
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a food processor, process oats until coarsely ground.
In a medium mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Mix in ground oats. Using a small portion scoop, scoop out banana oatmeal cookies onto a parchment-lined baking shee.
Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown on the bottom. Cool completely before eating.
