Grant’s Magic Chocolate Sauce

Serves 4

2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup chocolate chips


Heat coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, remove from the heat, add in chocolate chips and stir to melt. Let cool for a few minutes.

Spoon over a scoop of ice cream then let the chocolate sit for a minute until it hardens. Once hard, crack the shells with a spoon and enjoy!
