All you need is store-bought ice cream, milk powder + your favorite cereal to indulge in this frozen treat from former culinary staffer Grant Melton this summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 cups your favorite breakfast cereal

Yield

Serves: 1 gallon

Preparation

In a stand mixer, combine vanilla ice cream with milk powder. Mix to incorporate. Add in cereal.

Pour ice cream into a loaf pan or resalable plastic container and place into the freezer to harden for at least an hour.

Serve with a sprinkle of cereal on top.
