5 Ingredients: Spanish-Style Skirt Steak Pinwheels
These delicious and simple pinwheel steaks feature just five ingredients – skirt steak, parsley, Spanish chorizo, Manchego cheese and lemon. Yum!
4 Ingredients: Katie Lee’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Dinner doesn’t get easier than this soup, folks! Katie just sautees some onions, adds broccoli and continues to sautee, then adds chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then puree in batches or use an immersion blender to blend right in the pot. Then, put back on the heat and melt two cups of cheddar cheese in. Done! Perfect easy weeknight dinner.
3 Ingredients: Cheese and Bacon Wrap
This recipe came to us courtesy of an adorable kid chef! He just takes a sheet of puff pastry and tops it with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, then rolls, slices and bakes! Perfect party snack.
3 Ingredients: Avocado Ice Cream
Another cute kiddo brought us this recipe. She blends 2 avocados, 2/3 cup of cream and ¼ cup agave nectar, then freezes. Done!
3 Ingredients: Cookies and Cream Fudge
For our third kid recipe with three ingredients, we have Cookies and Cream fudge! Just melt some white chocolate with a can of sweetened condensed milk and mix in a whole package of crushed Oreos. Pour into a wax-paper-lined dish, let set, and slice!
1 Ingredient: Melissa Clark’s Chocolate Mousse
A dessert with only one ingredient? How perfect is that? Melt bittersweet chocolate with water, then set over an ice bath and whip by hand for five minutes until it forms into a fluffy mousse! Amazing!
