8 Warm and Comforting Fall Dinners You Can Make All Season Long

As the warm weather winds down and a chill begins to linger in the air, we’re sharing eight delicious recipes that you will want to make throughout the fall (and maybe even the winter!)

This decadent dish is actually a pretty healthy meal option for the family. Rach starts with a tomato-based sauce with red wine and pepperoni, adds pre-cooked chicken breast, then tops with mozzarella and throws it under the broiler. This is sure to warm you up on a cold and rainy fall night!

No. 3: Katie Lee’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Dinner doesn’t get easier than this soup, folks! Katie just sautees some onions, adds broccoli and continues to sautee, then adds chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then puree in batches or use an immersion blender to blend right in the pot. Then, put back on the heat and melt two cups of cheddar cheese in. Done! Perfect easy weeknight dinner.
