As the warm weather winds down and a chill begins to linger in the air, we’re sharing eight delicious recipes that you will want to make throughout the fall (and maybe even the winter!)

No. 1: Chicken Pepperoni

This decadent dish is actually a pretty healthy meal option for the family. Rach starts with a tomato-based sauce with red wine and pepperoni, adds pre-cooked chicken breast, then tops with mozzarella and throws it under the broiler. This is sure to warm you up on a cold and rainy fall night!

No. 2: Lasagna Bolognese

This lasagna will change your life. Well, maybe not everything about your life, but it will take your family dinners to the next level. Fabio Vivian’s lasagna bolognese is the perfect Sunday supper for a busy fall day.

No. 3: Katie Lee’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Dinner doesn’t get easier than this soup, folks! Katie just sautees some onions, adds broccoli and continues to sautee, then adds chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then puree in batches or use an immersion blender to blend right in the pot. Then, put back on the heat and melt two cups of cheddar cheese in. Done! Perfect easy weeknight dinner.

No. 4: Ground Turkey Ragu with Tagliatelle

This quick and easy homestyle dish is the perfect hearty option for a fall evening. The thick tagliatelle pairs perfectly with a flavorful turkey ragu.

No. 5: Katie Lee’s Beef Stroganoff

If you grew up eating Beef Stroganoff, Katie Lee’s classic recipe will bring you back. She simmers beef, onions and beef stock in a cast iron pot before adding flour to thicken, browned mushrooms, sour cream and chives. She serves over buttered egg noodles. Perfection!

No. 6: Portuguese Stew

This boldly flavored, yet not too heavy, soup is served with toasted bread slathered with homemade Romesco sauce. It’s hard to imagine how a meal could get more comforting than this!

No. 7: Clodagh McKenna's Irish Farmhouse Chicken Casserole

This rich and homey one pot dish melds the sweet and savory flavors of honey mustard with roasted chicken and vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight when you’re exhausted and need a home cooked meal to give you a boost.

No. 8: Jessica Alba’s Pizza

This will be the Saturday night dinner your family will clamor for all autumn long! Jessica Alba’s simple pizza is customizable to please even the most picky family member’s palate.
