• 6 to 8 ears corn, grilled
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
To garnish
  • Chopped chives
  • Crushed fried onions

In a small bowl, mix together barbeque sauce, maple syrup, salt and smoked paprika. Using a pastry brush, brush the mixture onto the grilled corn.

When ready to serve, garnish with chopped chives and fried onions.
