Grant’s Maple BBQ Corn

Serves 6

6 to 8 ears corn, grilled
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

To garnish:
Chopped chives
Crushed fried onions


In a small bowl, mix together barbeque sauce, maple syrup, salt and smoked paprika. Using a pastry brush, brush the mixture onto the grilled corn.

When ready to serve, garnish with chopped chives and fried onions.
