Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Prosecco, plus more for serving
  • 1/3 cup Aperol (substitute Campari if you can’t find it)
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Yield

Serves: 6 pops

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl. Divide among six little Dixie cups or those fancy large silicon ice cube molds (they’re awesome!) and freeze until they’re about 40 percent frozen, at least one hour.

Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup and return to the freezer until they’re super solid (avoid using toothpicks, they just aren’t strong enough and can splinter off which would ruin EVERYTHING).

These are great as-is, popped out of their little molds or you could place each frozen pop into a large chalice or goblet and top with even more prosecco. There are no wrong moves here—only boozy ones.
