Whether you’re hosting a game day gathering, a movie night, or even a casual dinner party, a meatball hero bar is sure to please! Rachael shows you how to make three different types of delish meatballs to serve your guests, and what to serve with them!
Turkey Meatballs with Spinach and Mushrooms

First, you need to make some meatballs! These can be made ahead and heated up just in time to serve. Rach’s first recipe is made with a combo of Italian turkey sausage and ground turkey, and kicked up a notch with mushrooms, spinach and pine nuts.

These Italian-inspired meatballs start with ground chicken and add lots of breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Yum!

These earthy beef meatballs are “drunken” due to the inclusion of red wine, and also feature sage, parsley, garlic and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Setting up Your Meatball Hero Bar:
Rach sets up several pots (or bowls/casserole dishes) of meatballs and sets out Italian hoagie rolls, provolone, mozzarella and Fontina cheeses, and a homemade spicy marinara sauce, so that guests can help themselves.
