Halloween falls on a weekend this year, so you can forget about all of that rushing around after work to make a quick bite before trick or treating or other evening plans. Take some time and make one of these three deliciously spooky entrees, then kick back with a Bloody Mary when you get a chance to relax!

Spooky Ribs

Rach’s ribs have a bite, courtesy of Fresno chile and lots and lots of garlic and grated onion, and are slow-cooked to a falling-off-the-bone consistency. For a creepy Halloween effect, Rach plates two racks of ribs around a red pepper with a knife sticking out to resemble a heart! Shivers!

Bistecca Fiorentina with Parsley Sauce

Rach’s Bistecca Fiorentina is a huge ribeye steak that will feed the whole family! She makes a simple but bursting-with-flavor pesto-esque parsley sauce to serve alongside.

Free-Range Roast Chicken with Parsnip Purée

Robert Irvine (aka The Hulk) brings us this simple, healthy and delicious meal of a roast chicken with a parsnip puree and roast veggies. This would be great fortification for little ghouls and goblins before they head out in search of treats!

Crabby Mary

This posh Bloody Mary from Rach’s hubby John features homemade horseradish, Calabrian chili paste, basil and a garnish of both festive olive eyeballs and a crab claw! Delish!
