We challenged Chef Ryan Scott to make five Thanksgiving sides in our kitchen in 60 minutes – and he did it! And you can too, since he shared his recipes!

No. 1: Ryan Scott’s Ranch Mashers

Ryan jazzes up basic mashed potatoes with some Ranch dressing, great idea!

No. 2: Ryan Scott’s Killer Asparagus Green Bean Casserole

For this casserole, Ryan puts the cream sauce on the bottom, then adds asparagus and tops with crispy onions! Delish!

No. 3: Ryan Scott’s Green Bean Slaw

This cold salad tosses green beans with dressing and tops with crispy bacon – nothing wrong with that!

No. 4: Ryan Scott’s Cornbread, Bacon and Sage Stuffing Muffins with Black Pepper and Honey Butter

Why not combine your rolls with your stuffing by making little cornbread stuffing muffins that you can pass at the table instead of bread? Yum!

No. 5: Ryan Scott’s Maple Black Pepper-Roasted Carrots with Pickled Golden Raisins and Chestnuts

For this beautiful fall-inspired dish, Ryan roasts carrots with molasses, tops with pickled raisins, and serves on a bed of pureed roasted chestnuts.
