She stresses that it’s crucial to let it rest before you slice it. She squeezes a charred lemon over the top.
She serves this with a simple greens salad dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and shaved parmesan. Other options for sides include sautéed mushrooms or a simple cherry tomato salad.
