Sunny butterflies her chicken and cooks it in a cast iron skillet. First, she crisps up the skin on the stovetop, then flips the bird and finishes it in the oven. Shortly before it’s done cooking, she adds a sweet glaze and puts it back in the oven.
Sunny No. 2, Sunny Anderson Goodyear shares her chili recipe that makes use of leftover chicken (like Sunny No. 1’s recipe above). She makes a spicy chili that features lots of cumin, hot peppers, and cannellini beans for a nutty flavor.
