No. 8: Chicken or Fish with Lemon-Parm Crust

For this recipe, Rach makes a lemon aioli that she slathers over a piece of chicken or fish, then adds a breadcrumb and Parmesan topping, and bakes. Delish!
No. 7: Sloppy Buffalo Chicken Joes

When having a casual gathering at home, Rach sets up a sloppy joe bar with chicken buffalo joe meat and all the fixings!
No. 6: Roast Pork Loin with Crispy Potatoes and Green Beans with Tomatoes

Rach roasts a pork loin with wine and herbs, then serves with roasted green beans and tomatoes, and the most delicious twice-cooked smashed fried potatoes.
No. 5: Pasta with Bacon, Chestnuts and Dijon

This unique and brand-new recipe melds delicious flavors like bacon, maple syrup, roasted chestnuts and Dijon mustard in a beautiful cream sauce to serve with linguine.
No. 4: Roasted Tomato Bolognese and Bucatini

This Bolognese sets itself apart because Rach roasts the tomatoes first for a deep, rich flavor. Rach serves with thick, hollow bucatini for a special and fun twist.
No. 3: Chicken and Vegetable Tagliatelle

Rach calls this recipe a mix between a chicken pot pie and a pasta primavera – we’re in!
No. 2: Sicilian Lemon Spaghetti

For this simple but delectable dish, Rach infuses olive oil with crushed garlic and whisks it with lemon juice and zest, and red and black pepper, and tosses with spaghetti and arugula, then garnishes with pistachios, basil and Grana Padano cheese. Yum!

Remember tuna casserole? Rachael brings it back with this yummy dish. She makes a homemade cream of mushroom soup which she mixes with noodles and tuna in a casserole dish, tops with a cheesy breadcrumb topping and bakes.
