Whether you pack a lunch regularly, or are intimidated by the thought, we have nine delicious recipes that can be packed into a lunch bag!

No. 1: Quinoa Cobb Salad in a Jar

This make-ahead salad is as healthy as you make it! Layer your favorite veggies, lettuce, quinoa, dressing and other ingredients in a mason jar, then just toss and eat when you are ready! Substitute the bacon and blue cheese with a lower calorie protein if you like!

No. 2: Porchetta Tenderloin on Ciabatta, Muffaletta-Style

This is a great alternative to sodium-loaded lunchmeat, because you cook the pork yourself and can control the salt levels. Make a pork roast for a weeknight dinner, then make it into sandwiches the next day! Easy-peasy.

No. 3: Grilled Chicken and Corn Salad with Chipotle Crema

To make this satisfying Mexican-inspired salad portable, pack the ingredients in separate containers and mix when you are ready to eat. Yum!

No. 4: Black Bean and Butternut Chili

For a hot lunch option, pack this vegetarian chili in an insulated container. This hearty, meatless chili is loaded with nutrient-rich black beans and butternut squash.

No. 5: Lemon Tuna Salad

For this tuna salad, Rach makes her own lemon-y aioli to use instead of regular mayo, and she includes tarragon, celery (including the tops), finely chopped shallot to give it a French vibe. Spread it on bread, and you’ve gotten an insanely tasty sandwich.

Tip: Rach really emphasizes that she prefers line-caught, sustainable tuna for environmental reasons.

No. 6: Banh Mi Sandwich

If you want all the flavors of a Vietnamese sandwich at home in a hurry, Richard Blais has an amazing recipe for a banh mi you can make in only a minute! He mixes things up by using a croissant instead of a baguette, and even makes his own dressing! Bologna is featured, alongside prosciutto and salami.

No. 7: Dr. Travis Stork's Broccoli and Turkey Salad

If you want your kids to eat their broccoli, this tasty wrap featuring a delicious herbed dressing will do the trick. Make the salad the night before, and all you have to do in the morning is assemble the wrap! Dr. Stork uses a healthy brown rice tortilla for added nutritional value.

No. 8: Riggies with Chunky Vegetable Sauce

For another hot lunch option, make this simple but satisfying (and healthy!) pasta the night before work. Rach’s hearty veggie sauce paired with fat Rigatoni will certainly fill you up.

No. 9: Cinnamon -Dusted Apple Chips

No lunch is complete without a crispy snack. These dense, sweet little chips will make you forget they are healthy, and they couldn’t be easier to make!
