Easter is this weekend, and it’s all about the eggs! Check out some of the most creative deviled egg recipes we've ever seen!
Rach mixes crème fraiche, Dijon mustard and caramelized onions into her egg yolks, pipes them into the whites, then tops with crispy fried onions. Delish!
Rach’s deviled eggs with jalapenos, parsley and prosciutto are an Easter brunch fave.
Rach grates onion into her yolks, then adds minced ham, minced crispy bacon, yellow mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pickled relish and mayo. She pipes it into her egg white, then tops with more bacon, ham and crispy potato sticks!
Rach grates garlic and ginger into her egg yolks, then adds curry powder, Greek yogurt, mango chutney, finely chopped green onion, yellow mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce. She stuffs her egg whites with the mixture, then tops with cilantro, chives and a thin slice of hot red chile pepper.
For this deviled egg, Rach adds the equivalent of pico de gallo (finely chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and cilantro) to her egg yolks, then adds a whole ripe avocado, green hot sauce, and grated garlic. Rach pipes it into her egg whites then tops with green onion slices and crushed tortilla chips.
Rach blends egg yolks, grated garlic, grated garlic, a 4 oz jar of pimientos, paprika, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and three quarters of a cup of shredded cheddar in a food processor, then pipes it into her whites and tops with a slice of olive with pimento. Yum!
