No. 2: Smoky Bacon, Black Beans and Greens Quesadillas with Pico de Gallo

The indulgent bacon and cheese in this quesadilla are balanced by healthy black beans and greens like chard or kale.

No. 3: Broccoli Rabe Hoagies

No. 4: Three-Cheese Pasta with Brussels Sprouts
