Audrey Johns’ Chunky Blue Cheese Dip

Serves 2 cups

4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1/4 crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Veggie sticks


Place the green onions in a medium bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish. Add the yogurt, blue cheese and pepper, and fold together carefully. Don’t smash the cheese too much—you want the dip to have small, medium and large chunks. Top with the reserved green onions.

Serve with veggie sticks. I love carrots and celery with this one, but you can find more options.
