Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee, Strong Brew or whatever your mom likes
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons mint syrup, divided
- 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1 sprig mint, for garnish
Preparation
If using a Ninja Coffee Bar, fill the water reservoir up to the minimum line for single serve brew. Slide the brew basket out and add 2 to 3 small scoops, or 3 tablespoons of ground coffee using the single serve side. Set the mug in place to brew. Select the Cup size, and press the Classic Brew or Rich Brew button depending on how you enjoy your coffee.
While the coffee is dripping, whip up the whipped cream to soft peaks, fold in 1 teaspoon of mint syrup.
Once coffee has finished dripping, mix in 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup and 1 teaspoon of mint syrup. Top the coffee with the mint whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
Serve to your mom along with some delicious brunch. Happy Mother’s Day!
