• 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • A handful or basil or mint, julienned
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Arrange the slices of mozzarella on a platter. Top the mozzarella with the strawberries and basil or mint. Drizzle some olive oil over top and give it a generous sprinkle of sea salt.
