No. 1: Grant's Smoky Jalapeño Lemonade with Gin

For this sweet but spicy cocktail, Grant makes a mint-infused simple syrup, then add lemon juice, gin, and a charred jalapeno and marinates overnight. Serve over ice, and top with seltzer. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and sliced lemon and jalapeno.
