Jeanette’s Apple Maple Cole Slaw

Serves 4-6 as a side or 8 as a BBQ sandwich topper

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Add slaw mix to the bowl; toss to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-12 hours, stirring occasionally.
