No. 1: Hot Dog Flautas

What happens when you mix two classic street foods – hot dogs, and tacos? You get a hot dog flauta of course!

No. 2: Hot Dog Croque Monsieur

This mouthwatering sandwich puts an American spin on a French classic. Rach uses hot dogs instead of ham, along with cheese and béchamel sauce, to get the “Croque Monsieur” effect.

No. 3: Chili Cheese Dog Potato Skins

What if you mixed a chili cheese dog and a potato? You’d get these decadent potato skins! Delish! Rach hollows out baked russet potatoes, then tops them with hot dog chili and cheese, and browns them under the broiler!
