No. 1: Chocolate-Dipped Ice Cream Taco

A DIY ice cream taco? Amazing! Just dip store-bought hard taco shells in chocolate and roll in peanuts, let the chocolate dry, then fill with your favorite ice cream!

No. 2: Lemon Yogurt & Chive Dip

For this fresh and delicious dip, Richard Blais uses items you might already have in your kitchen. He starts with Greek yogurt and adds lemon juice, capers and fresh dill and chives.

No. 3: S’mores Nachos

For this guilty pleasure dessert, layer cinnamon sugar pita chips on a baking tray, and top with a quick chocolate ganache and marshmallow topping. Pop under the broiler to brown, then serve!

No. 4: Emeril Lagasse's Ultimate Cheese Beer Dip

Emeril melds cheese and beer for a thick and creamy dip that pairs perfectly with just about anything –tortilla chips, warm pretzels or even jerky!

No. 5: Mary Giuliani’s Maco (Mac and Cheese Taco) with Guacamole

Entertaining expert Mary Giuliani starts with homemade mini tortilla cups, made by cutting tortillas into small circles and baking in a mini muffin tin. Then, she makes a five-cheese mac and cheese, spoons it into her tortilla cups, and garnishes with guacamole. Yum!

No. 6: Cookies and Cream Fudge

This fudge has only three ingredients, and the recipe was created by a kid! Just melt some white chocolate with a can of sweetened condensed milk and mix in a whole package of crushed Oreos. Pour into a wax-paper-lined dish, let set, and slice!
