Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut milk, such as Coco Lopez
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon salt (equal parts salt and ground cinnamon)
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in tequila, coconut milk, lime juice, triple sec and a tiny pinch of salt. Shake for 20 seconds then pour into an ice-filled, cinnamon-salt rimmed glass.
