Like most of the world, you’re probably planning to tune in to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which officially kick off tomorrow. You’re going to get hungry during all of those hours of competition, so we have 8 delicious recipes you can snack on to keep your energy up!

No. 1: Mary Giuliani's Maco (Mac and Cheese Taco) with Guacamole

Mary Giuliani starts with homemade mini tortilla cups, made by cutting tortillas into small circles and baking in a mini muffin tin. Then, she makes a five-cheese mac and cheese, spoons it into her tortilla cups, and garnishes with guacamole.

No. 2: Grant's Three-Cheese Chipotle Chicken Nachos

These delicious nachos feature a DIY Chipotle nacho cheese sauce – yum! Pile on other toppings like cooked chicken, salsa, jalapeno and red onion and you’ve got a gold medal-worthy treat!

No. 3: Chili Cheese Dog Potato Skins

What would happen if you mixed a chili cheese dog and a potato? You’d get these decadent potato skins!

No. 4: Grilled Guacamole

The Summer Olympics only come once every four years, so the occasion calls for an extra-special guac! Rach grills all the ingredients to add a unique, smoky flavor.

No. 5: Kayla Itsines' Tzatziki

For a snack that is both healthy and Greek-influenced, like the Olympics, try this simple dip. Just mix low-fat Greek yogurt with dill, garlic, lemon juice and cucumber.

No. 6: Ryan Scott's BLTA Dip

This dip features all the flavors of a BLT with avocado, with Ritz crackers for dipping! Doesn’t get more tasty than that!

No. 7: Emeril Lagasse's Ultimate Cheese Beer Dip

Emeril melds cheese and beer for a thick and creamy dip that pairs perfectly with just about anything – tortilla chips, warm pretzels or even jerky.

No. 8: One-Skillet Pimento Cheese Dip

This to-die-for dip is inspired by Southern-style Pimento cheese, and cooks up in one skillet for easy cleanup!
