Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple, finely chopped
  • 10 mint leaves, stemmed
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 3 ounces seltzer water

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Using a wood spoon or a muddler, muddle together lime juice, pineapple, mint and maple syrup until flavors are combined. Top with crushed ice then pour rum and seltzer water over the ice. Stir with a straw and serve.
