Jeanette’s Peanut-Butter-and-Jelly Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons no-sugar-added strawberry preserves
2 to 3 strawberries, chopped


Add oats, yogurt, almond milk and chia seeds to a Mason jar or a 2-cup storage container. Stir to combine. Using a fork or a butter knife, swirl in peanut butter and preserves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 2 days.

Garnish oats with strawberries just before eating.
