Curtis Stone's Passionfruit Caipirinha

Serves 2

2 limes, quartered
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 ounces Cachaça (a rum-like Brazilian spirit made from sugarcane)
1 passionfruit, halved
Crushed ice
Mint, for garnishing


Divide the lime and sugar between 2 glasses; muddle until sugar is dissolved. In a shaker with ice, add the Cachaça and shake until chilled; divide among glasses, then stir half of the passionfruit pulp into each drink and garnish with mint.
