- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine cream cheese, chocolate chips and a little salt.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry dough just until smooth. Cut pastry dough into 2x2 inch squares. You should get 8-10 squares.
Drop about a tablespoon of the chocolate chip-cream cheese mixture into the center of each square. Pinch all four corners up in the center into a dumpling shape. Place the dumplings onto a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake for 20 minutes.
