Clinton Kelly's Sweet Peach Bourbon Tea

Serves 8-10

2 peaches, sliced
1 quart lightly sweetened iced tea
3/4 cup bourbon


In a large pitcher using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, muddle the peaches just to break them up and release their juices. Add the tea and bourbon, and stir.

Pour into highball glasses full of ice and serve.
