Serves about 1 cup
Ingredients

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1 jalapeño, finely diced
Zest of a lime
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
A handful of cilantro and chives, finely chopped 
Salt and pepper
 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve alongside Firecracker Deviled Corn Dogs for dipping.
