Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces bourbon
2 ounces apple cider
Ginger beer
1 apple, thinly sliced, for garnish
 

Preparation

Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice. Pour bourbon and apple cider over the ice then top off with ginger beer. Stir with a straw and garnish with some thinly sliced apple slices.
