The common denominator of any great party is a craveworthy dip, and this one takes it to the next level. Leave your expectations at the door and dig into this cheesy dip inspired by one of America’s favorite Southern regional dishes, pimento cheese.

This warm, gooey dip is laden with garlic, sweet pimentos (sweet red peppers) and cheddar, provolone and cream cheeses. It’s topped with crispy fried onions and baked until it’s brown and crunchy on the edges and perfectly melting in the center.

This is fantastic with toast points, but don’t be shy -- dig in there with thick salami slices, hearty corn chips or even a spoon after all the guests have gone home. It’s okay, we won’t tell.  Get the full recipe here.
